DECLARATION OF HOSTILITIES - RANGER BATTALION X

THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT CONSTITUTES A DECLARATION OF HOSTILITIES BETWEEN THE OCCUPATIONAL FORCES OF THE UNITED ARMED FORCES CONGLOMERATE IN SAN ANDREAS AND THE INSURGENT FORCE “RANGER BATTALION” (OPERATING AS RBNx).

Over the course of its brief existence, the Ranger Battalion has made a clear and present commitment to the non-lethal harassment of Conglomerate forces in-theater. RBNx has demonstrated a pattern of meditated predatory behavior which has manifested in the coercion and theft of numerous vulnerable UAFC personnel. Our tacit tolerance of this behavior will no longer continue.

No ultimatum will be issued. The total force of the Conglomerate will be leveraged until the Ranger Battalion is rendered operationally defunct - its threat to the citizenry of San Andreas eliminated, and its aggression to the freedom of the free-aim community brought to heel.
